The client required a new steel frame building to support their bulk haulage services. This braced steel framed building required large openings at each end.

A 14m long concrete reinforced inspection pit was also required to service the large bulk haulage trucks together with an external reinforced wash down pit 1.5m deep and 2.5m wide.
