This £15m contract was a PFI project to replace a largely Victorian building stock with modern facilities at Highbury Hospital, Nottingham. Accommodation comprised 42 acute psychiatry beds, 24 beds for the care of the elderly with mental illness and 74 beds for medical rehabilitation. The project was carried out in four phases, over eight years, completed in 2012.
