Alterations and refurbishment. We provide structural design advice and information on alterations and refurbishments to a wide range of buildings, to include residential, commercial, educational and health care related facilities.

We can provide initial feasibility reports on proposed alteration or refurbishment measures. This can then be followed up with more detailed site inspections and investigations as necessary.

We develop structural design proposals in consultation with Architectural and other advisers, with accompanying provision of calculation, specification, and drawing information to reflect the size, nature and complexity of the particular project.
