We can provide initial design information for proposed alteration or refurbishment measures. This can then be followed up with more detailed site inspections and investigations as necessary.

Minor structural alterations. We provide structural design services for a full range of alterations to both residential and commercial properties. This can vary from the design of a single beam or lintel to more complex alteration measures.

We provide structural calculations, technical specification information, and drawings for all types of minor structural changes to buildings in support of Building Regulations submissions.
