This client desired to have two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with in the roof space. The loft was a large empty space with cross timbers which had to be removed, due to the location of loadbearing walls steel beams where not used in this project. A series of laminated timber beams were installed which were hidden within this construction. New floor joists were introduced between the existing ceiling joists.

The over all finish of the project delivered a high quality loft conversion.
